Parking & Lockers
Parking spaces for residents are secure underground. Visitors park above ground on the north side of the building in Visitor Parking. Exclusive Use lockers are also available to owners.
As stated in the Declaration, only a dog weighing less than 20 lbs/10 kilo as an adult will be accepted as a resident of The Lighthouse. Each unit shall be limited to one dog and/or cat as a pet(s).
Security is provided from a 24 hour lobby controlled access through a call system, by video cameras and security access fobs.
The monthly condo fee includes: hydro, water, heat, parking, common element maintenance and insurance. The rate varies by suite model.
